PartyStore.com gift certificates come with no fees, do not expire for ten years from purchase date, and can be used until the entire balance is cleared. Purchases are deducted from the gift certificate balance and any unused balance will remain in the recipient's gift certificate account. If an order exceeds the amount of the gift certificate, the balance can be paid with a credit card payment. Gift certificates are non-refundable and can not be traded in for cash or credit.
